Incorporated in the Cayman Islands, Yunnan Enterprises Holdings Limited is listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (HK Stock Code: 0455). The core business of the Company is investment and development of mining and energy industries, research & development, manufacturing and sale of pharmaceutical and biotech products. The Company also engages in printing and property development business.
Tianda Group Limited is the controlling shareholder of Yunnan Enterprises Holdings Limited while South Hong Investment Limited is the second biggest substantial shareholder of the Company.
Tianda Group Limited(www.tianda.com)is the controlling shareholder of the Company. It primarily focuses on the health industry and in particular the development of pharmaceuticals, medical care and biotechnology. In addition, Tianda Group is also dedicated to investment and development in mineral and energy resources, as well as international trade, property holding and development, and printing and packaging.
South Hong is an investment company incorporated in Hong Kong and the controlling shareholder of South Hong is Hongta Tobacco (Group) Limited, which is a state-owned enterprise in Yunnan, People's Republic of China.

Tianda Mining (Yunnan) Limited was incorporated in Hong Kong.
It aims at investing in the mineral resources of Yunnan Province.The Company has founded a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Yunnan Province Non-Ferrous Metals Geological Bureau (雲南省有色地質局) ("Yunnan Non-Ferrous Metals Bureau") and Tianda Group Limited, the controlling shareholder of the Company, for exploration and development of mineral resources of Yunnan Province. The Company also signed a contract with Yunnan Province Non-Ferrous Metals Geological Exploration Institute (雲南省有色地質勘查院), being an entity under the control of Yunnan Non-Ferrous Metals Bureau and Tianda Group Limited on the registration of the rights in respect of mines and the cooperative exploration and development in the project for the general exploration of copper, lead and zinc mine between Shuangshitou and Xijia Village, Huize County, Yunnan Province.

Tianda Mining (Gansu) Limited was incorporated in Hong Kong.It is dedicated to investing in the development of nonferrous metal resources business in the northwest provinces/regions of the PRC.The Company has founded a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Hunan Nonferrous Metals Corporation Limited and Tianda Group Limited, the controlling shareholder of the Company. The agreement is in relation to the formation of a JV Company for the development of nonferrous metal resources business in the five northwest provinces/regions of the PRC, namely Gansu, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Shaanxi, Inner Mongolia, and the cooperation in the investment and development of mineral resources projects in Australia.

Meng Sheng is engaged in the business of research & development, manufacture and sale of pharmaceutical products in the PRC. The flagship products of Meng Sheng, Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate Injection and Ribonuclecl Acid for Injection can be used to enhance the growth of brain nerve cells and the recovery of brain functions. The feedback of the market has been positive since the launch of these products. |

Shenzhen Xinpeng Biotechnology Company Limited concentrates on the research & development, manufacturing and sale of biotech products in the PRC. Shenzhen Xinpeng Biotech has two major products, Recombinant Human Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor Injection (rhG-CSF) and Recombinant Human Erythropoietin Injection (rhEPO). G-CSF is the key medicine for patients to prevent neutropenia and reduce the chance of having infection after chemotherapy. EPO is used to make red blood cell growth rapidly for anaemia patient due to chronic renal failure, multiple myeloma, myelodysplasia syndrome and AIDS. |
