Named as "the
Kingdom of Non-ferrous Metal", Yunnan Province is abundant in
different kinds of non-ferrous metals. With the unique background
of Yunnan Enterprises Holdings Limited and through various kinds of
cooperation and joint venture projects, the Company has
successfully started its investment in the mineral resources in
Yunnan.
Yunnan Enterprises
Holdings Limited, its holding company, Tianda Group Limited and
Yunnan Non-Ferrous Metals Bureau entered into a Framework Agreement
for joint cooperation to explore and develop mineral resources in
Yunnan Province. Pursuant to the Framework Agreement, Yunnan
Enterprises, Tianda Group & Yunnan Non-Ferrous Metals
Exploration Institute entered into a Cooperative Contract in
relation to the registration of a rights and cooperative
exploration and development project for the general exploration of
copper, lead and zinc mining between Shuangshitou and Xijia
Village, Huize County, Yunnan Province. The Trio then further
entered into a Cooperative Contract in relation to the registration
of a rights and cooperative exploration and development project for
the general exploration of copper mining in Tang Dan Town, Dong
Chuan District, Yunnan Province. Moreover, a number of cooperation
projects are currently in progress.

Yunnan Enterprises
Holdings Limited, its ultimate holding company, Tianda Group
Limited and Hunan Non-ferrous Metals Corporation Limited (HK
Stock Code: 2626) entered into a cooperative framework agreement
in relation to the formation of a joint venture company for the
development of non-ferrous metal resources business in the five
northwest provinces/regions of the PRC and cooperation in the
investment and development of mineral resources and energy
projects in Australia.

Through Tianda Group Limited, the holding company of
Yunnan Enterprises Holdings Limited, the Company has successfully
commenced investment into the mining and energy market of
Australia. Yunnan Enterprises Holdings Limited will participate in
the exploration of the mining projects in three states (Western
Australia, Northern Territory & South Australia) of Australia,
which represents a site of 6,000 square miles. According to a third
party’s mining resources report, the site contains an obvious amount
of Uranium, Iron and other metals. Yunnan Enterprises Holdings
Limited is now expanding its presence in the natural resources
arena through fundraising, merger and acquisition.
